Anyone else having problems using finger on flounder accounts?

I simply get the following:

```
$ finger ruario@flounder.online       
[flounder.online]
finger: connect: Connection refused
```

It should work according to Flounder's "Tips and Tricks"

=> gemini://admin.flounder.online/tips_and_tricks.gmi Tips and Tricks § Finger

Where it states,

> Flounder supports the finger protocol. Edit the plaintext file called ".plan" and it will be served at (yourname@flounder.online)

I do have a .plan file as you can see here, over Gemini:
